Welcome Aboard
Welcome to Dero Blocks. I am Curator 1 and come from a background of investing in Ethereum and Solana based NFT collections dating back to early 2019.
I highly value privacy and began researching a project called DERO in late 2020.
As an NFT enthusiast and collector of fine art, I was looking for a network that would offer the same level of innovation that Ethereum and Opensea brought to the world of digital art but to expand on it, adding a layer of security allowing users to privatize their assets.
This is when I brought Curator 0 up to speed on the potential that DERO could offer with it’s new Stargate blockchain. Becoming a solution for private, digital artwork.
Once the DeroNFT’s market opened, I found myself for the first time purchasing a private NFT. It ended up being multiple DERO Seals by the time I was finished, which were part of the first collection ever released on the platform. A few months after seeing the early success of DERO Seals, Curator 0 brought another collection to my attention that was releasing under the name DERO A-Team. This was the first collection that truly caught my eye for multiple reasons. The quality of the artwork and the utility the collection provided. Fast forward to today, these are still the only two collections I own, as I am a big proponent of an NFT collection having two major attributes. Quality artwork and utilization.
The potential for DERO to grow and scale over time is very high in my opinion. With this, will come a sea of new artists creating on DERO along with investors looking for the highest quality projects DERONFT’s has to offer.
Based on our combined experience, Curator 0 and I believe we can help guide new DERO users toward projects that we think will have long-term potential and staying power. This is why we created Dero Blocks.
Thank you for joining us and here’s to a future of private, high quality digital artwork created on DERO.
Dero Blocks is Live
Welcome to Dero Blocks. The website is live and the first collections are now listed.
I am Curator 0 and come from background of fine art, galleries and auctions. Ethereum NFTs are still a fairly new thing and it got me instantly hooked due to their potential for both artists and collectors. Curator 1 brought the Dero NFTs platform to my attention when it launched with Dero Seals. He knew I was a privacy conscious person, although not as hardcore as much of the privacy crypto community.
I bought some Dero, grabbed a couple of Seals to get acquainted with the ecosystem and watched Dero NFTs grow from the early days.
Dero A-Team was the first collection to truly catch my eye. We found the design compelling and the implementation to be impeccable. Our experience with physical art and other NFT markets allowed us to measure this collection launch against others we purchased on Ethereum. The collection owner exercised a deep understanding of markets and the ability to guide his collection towards increased valuation.
We both acquired A-Team NFTs and I went down the rabbit hole of privacy coins, crypto markets and Dero itself. Dero Seals and Dero A-Team were clearly the NFTs we wanted to hold for the long term. This is when we told other collectors in our circles about Dero and this young new NFT market.
Our previous experiences on the Open Sea platform made us feel a wave of new collections would eventually come. Open Sea is a vast ocean with too many collections to count, and hard for new and young collectors to figure out which ones will grow in value. As Dero NFTs grows, it becomes harder for collectors to discern which projects have long term growth potential.
A good eye for art and NFT valuations comes from experience. This is why we launched this platform. We will continue to focus on the compelling Dero NFT collections that have the most potential and help collectors direct their energies towards creating the highest possible value personal collections.
Looking forward to a bright future for Dero NFTs and all the new amazing upcoming projects we get to experience together on this new platform.
